6 minute ride to Midtown
Want to stay right at Manhattan for less with more space? Sheraton Linclon Tunnel is a 6 minute water taxi to Manhattan at 9th street. Either walk to times Square 15 min or Uber. Jack Austins is a very good choice to dine or have a Craft beer. Rooms are much larger and you have Great views of NYC skyline. Hoboken is just 1 mile south with so many fine dining spots and shops without NY hustle. Metlife Stadium 6 miles away. This is a great place to stay. Also using Newark Airport 14 miles south is a great way to visit NYC.

Convenient, clean, friendly
Hotel is clean, and employees friendly. Amazing NYC views. A bathroom on the Club Lounge floor is needed, along with basic quick coffee- not just one machine that tired, eager guests wait in a line for for each cup to brew. Easy walk to Hoboken. Convenient. Loved the ferry boarding right at hotel. Not a lot of food options nearby- just UBER pricey steakhouses and that is about it besides Jack Austin's- which is cute, fun, friendly, and has good drinks, but the food was just blah.

Anniversary stay
Great service from checkin staff. This hotel is quiet and well situated for New York City, as well as Newark and the surrounding area.

Poor Experience. Stay at another hotel
(Titanium Elite & Lifetime Member)
Very Poor.
I have being staying at Marriott Hotels for the last 20 years. This is right up there as one of the worst experiences.
On arrival at 2:45PM. We were told we would have to wait 15 minutes until the rooms are all released. So join the back of the line once again. No thank you for being a Titanium Elite member etc. At 3 we were finally given a room overlooking a building site. This is poor as this hotel boasts views of NYC. I returned to the desk and asked if I might get a room with a view as I was early to check in and had this booking for weeks. I even tried to use one of the Suite upgrades weeks ago.
The staff were snippy and called a manager out who was less than friendly. Told me that all the rooms were full. I reminded her that they had only just allowed us to check in. After a huff and a poof, she finally started clicking on her computer and after some time we were offered a room with a view.It was very uncomfortable.
We went to NYC on the ferry and returned to Lincoln Harbor. We were told previously that the shuttle bus would pick us up from here. I called the hotel and told that this doesn't happen. As we left the ferry terminal to get a taxi, the shuttle bus went by.
Extremely disappointing in this hotel.
There is a Residence Inn down the street at Lincoln Harbor. Stay there,

Smelly bathroom and dirty sheets
I booked two rooms we got both rooms as handicapped when I didn’t even request that. Both rooms smelled awful and there was dirty sheets in one of the rooms. The location of the hotel is good if you are planning on taking the ferry to NYC.
