Rated 5 out of 5 by MJfromAZ from Must See to believe! I stayed at the Playa Largo Resort & Spa and it far exceeded my expectations! If you get a chance try the spa and ask for Erin, she was great. With staff that had such pleasant attitudes and attention to detail this property will be one I visit again! My age may post incorrect, I am age 50, Marriott Ambassador Elite status.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Petrina from Expensive hotel -not worth the price This a supposed 5 star hotel. You do not get what you pay for. There is no designated play area for the kids outside whether at the pool or beach and the pool was ice cold. It should’ve been heated. The restaurants are nice but the service was horrible. Took forever to get drinks (even water) and the food too. We did rent a jet ski and did parasailing which are nice leisure activities to have on site. They had a theme night and ran out of pineapples for the drinks! Not much planning I guess. And they still charged just as much for putting the drink in a plastic cup rather than the pineapple. Overall our stay was disappointing for how much money we spent and we will not be going back.
