Rated 5 out of 5 by JerryB from Recent Stay The Residence Inn Lower Manhattan (World Trade Center) is a very good choice for a comfortable place to stay at a reasonable rate in New York City. We recently stayed there for 5 days and found the whole stay very pleasant. The hotel is very close to walking to so many things including the Brooklyn Bridge, the 9/11 museum, SoHo and Tribeca, etc. A very big plus is the location - one block from the Fulton Street Subway Station which allows very easy and inexpensive travel to anywhere in Manhattan.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Joaquin from Our stay in NYC Although it was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly overall, we had a few issues. One was that we went without room service one day, despite asking the front desk. They were nice enough to give us a discount for that day. Main problem was that the water in the bathroom came out very hot, and it took many minutes of running water to cool it down to room temperature. And, no beer or wine!

Rated 5 out of 5 by CJM from World Trade Center Memorial Walking Distance This hotel is two blocks away from the World Trade Center Memorial. A subway access is across the street which has shops and restaurants, a nicer subway stop than some others. The hotel has a Broadway address, but the hotel access is about 1/2 block off of Broadway on Fair Maiden. My room had a kitchenette, was clean and comfortable. A breakfast may be included in your stay.
