Rated 5 out of 5 by SP from Excellent location The hotel is in an excellent location with Times Square, Madison square garden, and the subway just a short walk away. Very clean room and comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Dissatisfied from Not worth the stay I had two major complaints about this property and several small ones. First, the elevator system. Why Marriott chooses to use the elevator system is beyond me. Twice I found myself waiting 20 minutes for an elevator over a 5 day period and the hotel was not that busy. Second the rooms are outfitted with furniture that have no drawers, so you can't unpack. And with the size of the room no real good place to leave your luggage since now you have to use is as your dresser drawers. I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both meals were mediocre at best. I finally ended up eating all my meals away from the hotel.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous from Service issues 11/1-11/4. In room service issue took second call by me to get cared for. One elevator broken during entire stay so it took 15 mins or more to wait to get down to street level or back up to room. Big time waster for my holiday.

Rated 4 out of 5 by mason from Avoid when hotel is busy Because I was previously told that check-in would not be available until 4pm due to high occupancy levels, I called when I arrived in NYC, and asked for them to call me when my room became available. Hotel still wanted me to physically walk into to the hotel to request an early check-in, to then be told that the room wasn't ready, and that I come back later on. Pointless! Because 2 out of the 3 elevators were out-of-order, we had very long waits and elevators were packed with upset hotel guests.

Rated 2 out of 5 by CJ9306 from Not worth price Broken elevators. Half hr to get off floor/back to room. $94 for breakfast and wrong orders delivered not once, but twice, without any apology whatsoever. Room itself was nice. Versa restaurant decent but overpriced and rushed service.
