Delicious breakfasts and extremely helpful concierge services (our plans for dinner changed several tones) Wonderful location near the Champs-Élysées and the Seine. We walked everywhere! Great experience in all respects!!

Our first visit was about 6 years ago and we had a wonderful time back then. We were hoping for a repeat on this visit. Well we had an even more wonderful time on this trip!! The hotel has been refurbished, and every detail was in top condition. From the welcome when we arrived up until our bags were packed into our departing taxi, we had a wonder time. The entire staff was most welcoming and always asking if there was anything they could assist with. The room was spacious and everything was in top working condition. We couldn't have asked for anything better!! We love the hotel, the staff, the location and everything our stay was fantastic. We will back.

Rated 2 out of 5 by OheyVey from Never Again points down the drain The Prince de Galles was a disappointment. The small dark room they gave me was hideous. A designers nightmare. If you want cold eggs, cold oatmeal & Sunday Brunch in Paris to be more Middle Eastern than French this place is for you. The ugly uninviting lobby is always empty. The old bar with the hideous ceiling is an eyesore. The kind attentive staff can't possibly overcome the unattractive environment & substandard accommodations. Every time I went past the lobby I encountered another guest complaining about the same things. Bad ugly rooms. Too Small & dark. One guy paid 1K to upgrade only to leave the next day with his family in tow. I secretly wanted to go with him....
