Excellent staff and beautiful Hotel
We came to Panama for the thanksgiving holiday. Not knowing what to expect we were quite surprised. We found this Marriott staff to be extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and offered many amenities. We were close to everything and an Uber ride was no more than $5.

Not my choice again
The hotel is dated, dirty, noisy and in an area full of prostitution to the point it makes you feel insecure or uncomfortable, the gym is in bad shape and not clean at all, the hotel needs a total revamp.
I usually stay at different Marriott properties in Panama trying to taste them all and for sure this property will never be my choice again.
This was the only property that does not gave me bottled water, they sell it to me despite being a Gold member, incredible they sell water at 6.50 USD per bottle and being thirsty you are forced to pay it in the middle of the night.
Staff is not properly trained with the exception of a few people that take accountability when you complain but I understand is not them it’s the lack of training (perhaps) some of them don’t feel motivated like in hotel Marriott hotels

Marriott Panama
I have stayed at this hotel for the past 3 years for a total of over 50 nights.
It’s been 4 since my last visit .
It was disappointing to see the concierge lounge close at 7:30 with hardly any food selections in evening and cereal for breakfast selection. Also to see Champions Bar closed. It appears that that the hotel is in need of repairs and feels old. The wall sockets in room pulling out , various light bulbs out in room and very inconsistent AC system.
The hotel needs an update.
Don’t get me wrong, the value is amazing for this hotel.
My opinions are based on my Titanium Status with 88 nights so far this year just at Marriott hotels.
Leave the lights on, I will be back.

Lleno mis expectativas
Mi estadia muy particular esta vez fue por un evento y realmente la comida fue excelente, la atencion tanto al llegar como en el evento fue de primera, durante el evento no teniamos necesidad de llamar al salonero cuando ya sabia especificamente todo lo que pediamos! super buena atencion
