A great experience
This Sheraton is clean and friendly. We had two dogs with us and felt very welcome here. Front desk people were the best.

Our Sheraton at Chapel Hill
Sheraton is welcoming to our family and fur babies which makes our travels possible, because one of our pups is on seizure medication 3 times a day, we need to keep her close to us. Sheraton makes this possible not only at the Chapel Hill NC location.

Wonderful Hotel
From our check in to check out we were extremely pleased..my husband was having open heart surgery and the gentleman that checked us in and out had such a caring and outgoing personality, he listened as my mother and father in law and myself talked about my husbands surgery and was so caring. Also, it was very helpful to be able to be referred by the SECU house and get a reduced rate at this with all the other financial burdens going on. Thank you!!

Thanks to the Sheraton
I had been at hospital all day and then rode around to find a hotel. I came to the Sheraton, walked in, was politely greeted. The lady at the desk was very accommodating. The room was nice, temperature was just right when I walked in. I was pleased with my overall stay.

Room size and configuration uncomfortable, no breakfast available, no in-room microwave. Staff did not seem to care and excused my complaints as though I was in the wrong. I thought Sheraton was supposed to be higher end, but I would choose any number of brands over Sheraton in the future. Was not a good value.

Being blanantly lied to is disheartening
It will be a long time to forgive when I call down to get a microwave the girl said they “were all broken” and I asked “every single one of them?” and she said “yes”. The next day I spoke to someone else and they brought a microwave up to me and apologized for her lying
When a hotel has a contract with a company for corporate rates and amenities they should make sure the staff knows the logistics and everything that’s covered within those parameters . It should not be my job as the guest to make sure these are followed. I will never stay there again and will pay for my own hotel down the street
