Very old Hotel with bad Maintainance
Very old Room with damaged, heavily worn furniture, bad smel. Very slow CheckIn and CheckOut. Nobody is answering the phone (Houskeeping, Room Service). Food was overall good/Ok. Two Barkeepers for 600 People in the Bar?

Old but not gold
In overall its a conference center which seems to have the best days in the past. Seems old with smelly and noisy rooms. Rooms directly next to driveway and a little bit old-looking. Food was terrible - breakfast low standard and buffet all the time cold. Cannot recommend this conference center

Exceptional Stay
The company annual sales kickoff was hosted at the Sheraton Roma. The venue's ability to host over 600 guests, breakfast and dining facilities that caters for over 600, and a multitude of breakout rooms made it easy to coordinate the event as was required.
Overall comfort of rooms and hospitality of the staff makes the Sheraton Roma a definite accommodation means for future travels.

My room was old and neglected: safe did not work, peeling wall paper, dirty tiles in the bathroom, old furniture, etc.
The staff were kind.

Totally out of date
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone - the are plenty of other really nice options in Rome.
Rooms are old fashioned, probably have mold also.
Nothing, absolutely nothing in close distance. Avoid this place!

Excellent on business and vacation
I have been coming to Sheraton Rome for twenty years now. I know that each time I will be considered the most precious guest in the world. The staff is always kind and fast to satisfy my needs. Clean rooms, good food, superb service in the Platinum lounge (Sahid, Claudia, Dario), fast service at the Reception desk if you do not use the Lounge service. Everyone is smiling to me and providing me with effective service.
