Marriott Always the Best
I have been with Marriott for many years and I truly enjoy the consistency in Quality,service and genuine care received in many of my stays. There have been a few issue however, the Marriott team worked to insure they were taken car of. Overall this is an Incredible Brand that no matter how Big they have become, their service levels and quality becomes as well. Thank you, as i spend a great amount of time away from Family and Home because of business travel. The Marriott Brand makes my home away from home and incredible extension in my life. That means a lot.
Thank you all, as I look forward in new experiences and continuing in my loyalty!

Best hotel in Tacoma!
Overall I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel! The staff was great - Ariel is super friendly! Able to answer all my questions. Loved the kitchen set-up everything you need to cook with was available to us! Super comfortable bed!! Right off the freeway, easy access to Lakewood Town Center & restaurants. The only negative critique would be the breakfast was ok but the cleanliness, location and staff made up for it! We really enjoyed our stay!

Convenient Place to stay
My husband and I visit this area approximately 4-5 times annually to visit our daughter and her family. It is conveniently located for our purposes. One word of advise "Take the 'Do Not Disturb" sign off your door well before 8:00 am, or the Housekeeping will skip you.

Wonderful location
Great clean facility and consistently friendly staff. Would return for sure, had everything I needed and more. Appreciated all of the USB ports so I could charge everything at once, very up to date

A Breath of Fresh Air
My stay at the TownePlace Suite Tacoma/Lakewood, Washington, was simply a “Breath-of-Fresh Air”! Check-in was smooth and without a glitch, my room exceeded my expectation, and the amenities were awesome! The overall service rendered was extremely professional as well as efficient! I do plan to come again to the TownePlace Suites in Tacoma/Lakewood, Washington, a “Breath-of-Freshair”!

Friendly and clean
Great newer hotel. Everything looked very up-to-date and new. It was very clean. They are pet friendly which I couldn't tell by walking in the hotel or the room. There was a pet area in the back which even included a bag/garbage station. My 2 queen suite on the floor level had everything I needed. There was a kitchen with a dining table and chairs, wood/vinyl floor in the kitchen and bathroom, TV that turned, comfy chair, 2 queen beds, USB plugs and regular plug ins above the night table, plenty of towels, a spacious bathroom with a towel rack and hair dryer that actually dried my hair and a good complimentary breakfast. Check in and out were quick, all of the employees were super nice and helpful.
