Fun In Cabo
The grounds and pool areas were excellent. We had a ocean front room so the vistas were
outstanding. Our room was looking very tired old furniture kinda wore out. But that was easily
overlooked cause we spent most of our time outside. Very pretty place over all.
Staff was very good and friendly. Food at the restaurants was also very enjoyable.

Good times at the Sheraton Grand Los Cabos
The resort is beautiful. It reminds me of a rustic and warm Mexican architecture and decorations. There were plenty of pools and jacuzzis. The staff is great and made you feel like a superstar. The resort consisted of the hotel on one side and time share on the other. Plenty of restaurants to keep you on premises without boring your taste buds. The only thing better would’ve been able to swim in the beach. The beach is closed to swimming or any water sports. However, the hotel is literally 5-10 minutes drive to the best snorkeling locations along the corridor. Highly recommend the Sheraton especially if you have status.

Piece of paradise
The Sheraton is a beautiful property across many acres with various pools and restaurants. The restaurant staff are amazing, especially Adeline and Antonio st tomatoes. I greatly recommend the breakfast buffet at tomatoes. They provide plenty of seating at the pool and beach. Overall a relaxing vacation.

Post holiday get away
We loved the property and staff. Pools were cold and both hot tubs and pools were loaded with kids. No monitoring or control .. would be nice to have one pool area for adults only. Pool bathrooms were not cleaned regularly .

Christmas Sheraton Stay
I wanted to to briefly discuss some of the concerns/problems I had during my stay at the Shareton in Cabo San Lucas.
1. Sink in th bathroom had extremely low water flow.
2. No shower curtain/door, leading to flooding of the room.
3. No heating system or available space heater to borrow.
4. Cold room service. A few instances of poor quality food (overcooked burger, fatty meat, trouble ordering food).
5. Thin insulation for noise between ceiling and walls. Unpeaceful environment from hearing neighbors, pipes, rolling of utility carts for staff.
6. Missing green choice credit, which was resolved at checkout after a wait.
These factors, all together, diminished my family's holiday stay. I discussed these problems with the front desk upon checkout. Some of the problems could easily be addressed, others not, I understand, but I was not offerred any compensation or even an apology during checkout. The reception was polite and friendly, but she didn't offer much help. I would greatly appreciate compensation.

Tired property, too expensive
This property is worn and the food was not that good. Also, the timeshare pressure was not good.
