Cold Hot Tub
Hot tub cold, told 3 different employees, no one ever fixed it. Room and hotel was nice and clean, comfortable. I am a travel agent and stay in a lot of hotels for work, I would recommend this hotel if they can fix the hot tub issues.

Great Customer Service, hotel is kept clean, and well maintenance. Rooms are in great condition, bed was too soft but that was just my thought.

Great value and experience!
A recent business trip took me to Chesterfield. I can't say enough about my experience at the Springhill Suites. The room was spacious, quite, clean, well appointed and safe. The staff emulates "customer care", the quality of the food on the breakfast buffet was flavorful, fresh and plentiful. The location is perfect with easy on off to major through fares and close to restaurants. It's a great place to come back to after a long day of meetings. I definitely will frequent SpringHill Suites in the future.

Nice staff and clean room
The staff was really helpful and nice. Breakfast was great. The bed was too soft for me but it was still comfortable.

Very pleasant stay, wonderful staff!
Thank you SpringHill Suites for providing a lovely 2-night stay in Jan. 2018. Very attentive and cordial folks at the front desk helped us greatly. Large, clean suites with comfy beds, great office area, 2 TVs, 2 sink areas, large windows. Excellent service.

Not up to Marriott Standards
Stay somewhere else. They charge $10 for open lot parking despite being over 5 miles from the STL airport. The air conditioning didnt work and the Staff were argumentative. Maintenance was never called to repair the air conditioning
