Just ok
I had to visit Newburgh because of a death in my family. I choose this hotel because of the reviews and pictures on the web sight. Seeing is not alway believing. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed. I did not enjoy how far out the location was from the city limits or the fact there was no micowave in my room. I could not warm up my late night snack especially when i was stuck up there in a winter storm. The phone in my room did not work but i did not report it. My rates fluctuated from Thursday to monday could not understand why during the weekdays so hight not offered a discount or anything on my 5 stay duing a winter storm and road conditions were not drivable. But like i stated just ok. Will not stay there again to far out and not really family friendly.

Comfortable stay in a nice location
This is a nice hotel conveniently located. Breakfast is expensive, we ate next door at the diner. The website states that complimentary bottled water was available in all the guest rooms but this was not true. Overall, it was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Over priced there’s nothing on the property staff is lazy and location is in the middle of nowhere!

El personal muy amable y atento a las necesidades como hesped en el hotel. Pueden aumentar la tarifa agregando desayuno porque es mas simplificado desayunar en el hotel

Lack of professional courtesy and assistance
Do not stay at this property. If you experience a problem no one cares to respond to calls or messages. Professional courtesy and good property management are part of making a hotel good or bad. Choose another hotel in the area.
