Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from May 11, 2019 I stayed at this hotel because I am in nursing school at McMaster and I do not live in the Hamilton area. I have clinical in Hamilton and needed to stay because I was doing back to back 12 hour shifts and where I live is too far of a drive. I decided to stay because this is one of the closest hotels to the hospital. I did not enjoy my stay. It was loud, I could hear my neighbours, I could hear people running down the halls, I could hear people banging and yelling at each other and signing. I did not sleep and needed to check out at 6:30am. Because of my experience I was given complimentary "breakfast" in the VIP lounge which was not ready and I did not really have time to eat so I grabbed a croissant and a yogurt. The croissant was dry and tasted stale, the yogurt was fine. The staff was helpful except for the lady in the lounge because she was annoyed that I was there so early.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Duncan from Always a good choice Join the Bonvoy club. Great upgrades. The hotel is connected to everything; a shopping mall, parking, art gallery, Ontario 1 entertainment complex. And John street is all restaurants and bars. So is King street and King William. Huge comfortable bed. Great room service.
