Missed connecting flight
I stayed at this hotel because I missed my connecting flight and was stranded in Toronto without so much as a jacket. WestJet just left me without any support. When I called the hotel, I was able to book a room easily and the shuttle service was great. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.
After check out the next day I went to the hotel bar to grab some lunch before my shuttle back to the airport; that is where I met Abraham, the lovely kind bartender. I really enjoyed my conversation with him and for the first time in 24 hours I felt like something good happened to me because I got the chance to meet him. He made all the difference for me, I went from feeling that I had a good to an excellent stay at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. And that was probably the best club sandwich I have ever had.

Water leaking problem
Water leaking in our bathroom through ceiling, had to be moved in middle of night. Another couple experienced this at same night.

first time stay at Westin Toronto Airport
the staff were overwhelmingly great....from the shuttle bus driver Munir to Aashmeen, the Sales and Catering Coordinator. Can't talk enough of how ALL the staff I encountered at this hotel went out of their way to make our group's stay a very pleasant experience. The group also raved about the food in the Restaurant. Great job.

Great Hotel. Close to airport with free shuttle
Shuttle runs 24 hours every half hour. Very convenient for travelling. Food at the bar was fantastic though a little high in price the quality was incredible. I will stay here anytime we have a connection at the toronto airport. Thanks.

Very disappointing
The shuttle left us in -15 degrees for over 20 minutes. Every time i called the hotel to inquire where the shuttle was, i was told to just wait. This was at 1 a.m in the morning, there was no rush at the airport for such a delay. The room had a moldy smell and there were dehumidifier fans in the hallway. This floor of rooms should not of been used. I have stayed at many Westin hotels and have never experienced this.

Average hotel
Poor sound proofing in rooms- I was unable to sleep as I heard doors opening and closing all night. Amenities are average but nothing great.
