Presidential Suite 1 King, Bathrooms: 1.5, Partial sea view, Corner room
Upon stepping into the 171-square-metre Presidential Suite, guests are greeted by dark wooden flooring and solid teak furnishings in a modern tropical style. Unmatched views can be admired from the suite’s 19-square-metre balcony. Two comfortable sun beds and a teak coffee table provide the perfect perch.
Framed photographs of nature are found in the living and dining areas, many reflecting the suite’s theme: the Archduke butterfly. Locally-crafted wooden and batik artefacts also decorate the suite. Timber shingles have been reclaimed in a randomly-stacked, textured feature wall.
The separate living area includes a 46” LED flat screen TV, as well as plush couches and armchairs that can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. In the dining room, six guests can enjoy splendid cuisine and fine company over a solid teak dining table. A fully-outfitted bar and pantry ensure food and drinks are always close at hand.
A private lifestyle cove comprises a spacious wardrobe, state-of-the-art gym facilities, a spa area, and a day bed, with serene views of the lush greenery.
The bedroom, boasting an ever-alluring king-size Luxury Collection bed, features floor-to-ceiling windows offering uninterrupted views of the lush rainforest and the turquoise Andaman Sea. A 600-million-year-old rock from Datai Bay has been converted into a desk lamp, and a 42” LCD TV is also provided.
Soft, neutral tones lend a sumptuous feel to both the guest bathroom and main bathroom, which features a Vichy rain shower, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, and dual vanities. Luxury Collection amenities include body lotion and body scrub. Bathrooms also feature overhead and dimmer lights, as well as a bright magnifying mirror. Following your soak, slip on a soft Ploh bathrobe and slippers.
Exclusive in-suite spa service by the award-winning V Botanical Spa can be arranged for a fee.
The Presidential Suite can connect to a Deluxe Room with twin beds to form a two-bedroom suite.
