Presidential Suite 1 Bedroom Presidential Suite, 1 King, Bathrooms: 1.5, Panoramic City view
Experience an elevated level of luxury when you spend an enchanting night in the Presidential Suite. Situated on the 20th floor with awe-inspiring panoramic views, the redesigned sitting area of this 3,200-square-foot (297.29 m2) suite is surrounded by corner windows with marble window seats, and is well-appointed with a luxurious sofa and chairs. The media room has a fabric-covered entertainment wall and an oversized sectional sofa facing a 55” plasma-screen television with Bose surround sound, perfect for watching a film or the game. In the reimagined dining room—under two golden, circular chandeliers—a wooden dining table with eggplant-hued leather and wood chairs seats ten. The adjacent butler’s pantry includes a wine cooler, refrigerator-freezer, and dishwasher for added convenience.
Frosted-glass doors separate the suite and main living areas from the private office, which doubles as a reading room with built-in bookshelves, a 55” plasma-screen television, and views of the Yerba Buena gardens. Awash with natural daylight through floor-to-ceiling corner windows, the room’s focal point is an oversized layered smoked glass desk with an executive’s chair and two-line cordless speakerphone. Directly outside the office is the half bathroom.
The expansive, newly designed bedroom has three large windows which offer a panoramic view of the city and are decorated with custom 3D computer graphic applications designed by Christo Saba, which pay homage to today’s tech industry giants. The bedroom has an attached walk-in closet with a window for added daylight and view, plush carpeting, a 55” plasma-screen television, a sumptuous king-size bed, lounge chair, and ottoman. Bella Crema marble as well as a custom upholstered headboard with picoted leather paneling and integrated technology cap the bed.
Wall coverings subtly reference San Francisco’s iconic hills and valleys while California’s glorious panoramas, as captured by legendary landscape photographer Ansel Adams, bring a gallery feel to the room. A new color pallet of silver, copper, and iron hint at the city’s Gold Rush heritage, adding an alluring luster to the ambiance.
The expansive limestone bathroom has an oversized jetted tub and two glass wash basins atop an extended marble vanity. Frosted-glass doors separate the water closet and extra-large shower room, with its ceiling-mounted rainfall showerhead and detachable handheld shower.
