- We have two entrances. Our main entrance is on Upper Thames Street which is easiest for those arriving by car with a drop-off area.
- For guests arriving by foot or public transport, you are also able to use our North entrance via Huggin Hill.
- Our reception area to check-in is on the fourth floor, accessible via the lifts to the right of our main entrance, and up the escalators from our pedestrian-accessible north entrance.
- Please be advised that the North Entrance is only available between 10pm to 7am with a hotel guest key.
- We operate a cashless policy but accept all major debit and credit cards for payments.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room upon request.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
- Westin WORKOUT Fitness Studio: Available 24 hours. Face masks available on request. Hand sanitiser provided. Disinfectant wipes to be used before and after equipment use.
- Heavenly Spa by Westin: Open. We highly recommend to book your treatments in advance.

- Event spaces will be operating at full capacity in line with UK government guidance for all events.
- Face Coverings do not need to be worn by guests and social distancing is no longer mandatory. Our event team can work with the clients to accommodate their specific requirements on social distancing for their events.
- Hand sanitiser stations in public areas.
- Enhanced Cleaning Protocols including but not limited to: disinfect all equipment setup before/after meeting, routine cleaning throughout day of high-touch areas.
- Group lead contact details will be kept with our safety and security team for 21 days to support the government contact tracing initiative.
