Terms and Conditions
Offer valid on new bookings only, made between June 1st and September 16th, 2016 and actualized by December 30th, 2016 at participating hotels. Offer must be mentioned at time of booking. A limited number of rooms are available for this promotion. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions. Blackout dates may apply. Room nights must be in conjunction with a meeting.
Perks are based on the following thresholds: Groups of 20-49 total room nights receive one perk ( will receive one room upgrade); 50-100 total room nights receive two perks (two room upgrades); 101-250 total room nights receive three perks (3 room upgrades); 250+ total room nights receive four perks (five room upgrades). Aforementioned room upgrades only apply to groups that have selected that perk as a concession. Room upgrades are subject to hotel availability.
Complimentary rooms do not count towards room night calculation. 3% rebate off the master bill applies to guestrooms, food and beverage and meeting room facilities only, and excludes all third-party vendors including A/V, alcohol, taxes based on full rate and gratuities. 5% discount on secondary meeting must be used for a meeting actualized by December 2017 and contracted at the same time as the first qualifying meeting. AV credit is applicable only on the use of in-house audio visual services. Bonus Marriott Rewards Points are a one-time contribution and the meeting planner must be a Marriott Rewards member with an active account. Points are not transferrable, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Upgrade to Platinum Status is valid for one membership year and is intended for the meeting planner; upgrade status can be transferable and must be approved by the hotel.
