Gabriella's Bistro, our signature tapas restaurant and bar, serves delicious, Mediterranean-style food and craft cocktails. Just a short ride from the airport, Gabriella's is located near Ybor City, a premier destination for boutique bars and is our International Plaza restaurant in Tampa.
Our concept centers on the love story of Sergio and Gabriella and the private oasis of their Tampa dream home. The heart of the mansion was a huge courtyard and fountain designed to be seen from everywhere in the home. Filled with lush vegetation the courtyard was ideal for parties or quiet moments.

About the Chef: Executive Chef Brett Gardiner
Our Executive Chef Brett Gardiner developed a passion for the culinary arts while working at his family's Kobe Japanese Steak House in Honolulu. He later graduated Scottsdale Culinary Institute Cordon Bleu and earned the title of "Master Cook" through the MGM School of Leadership while at MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Prior to Gabriella's, he founded the award-winning Hapa restaurant.
Mediterranean Tapas
Offering an exciting selection of small plates, our menu is heavily influenced by Spanish and Mediterranean food. Start with Grilled Octopus, Dry Rubbed Wings, General Tso’s Cauliflower, or dive into a Boozy Pig Charcuterie before taking on one of our signature offerings. Angus burgers, pastas, sandwiches, and seafood are all part of what makes Gabriella's a popular Tampa dining experience.
