Air Mileage

  1. Marriott Rewards members may redeem points in exchange for frequent flyer miles with any participating airline partner. Click here for participating airlines and their conversion rates.

  2. Marriott Rewards members requesting a Mileage Reward must be a member of the relevant airline frequent flyer program in order to receive a Mileage Reward.  For details on joining a frequent flyer program, please refer to the particular airlines terms and conditions.

  3. Once frequent flyer miles have been requested, miles will automatically be transferred to the member's frequent flyer account. Please allow approximately six weeks for miles to be posted to your frequent flyer account or contact your local Marriott Rewards Customer Service Center to inquire about express service (may include a fee).

  4. Once miles are credited to the member's frequent flyer account, changes, reissuance or recredit of Marriott Rewards points are not allowed.

  5. The terms and conditions of the airline programs control the redemption and distribution of the miles earned through Marriott Rewards.

  6. The frequent flyer program names are registered trademarks of the airlines. The airlines reserve the right to change the frequent flyer program at any time with or without notice. The airline is not responsible for products or services promised or supplied by other participating companies.

Car, Rail & Cruise

Car - Hertz

  1. Hertz may limit the number of cars available for reward certificate usage. In addition, there are blackout dates when no cars are available for reward usage. Participating locations and blackout dates are subject to change without notice. Please contact Hertz for current blackout dates. Present the certificate at time of rental to the Hertz rental agent.

  2. In the US, certificates may be redeemed at participating corporate locations (excluding Newark Intl, LaGuardia and John F. Kennedy airports and Manhattan) and in Europe, certificates may be redeemed in these participating countries - Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom (includes Northern Ireland, but excludes Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man).

  3. In the US, at most locations, a weekend rental is available for pickup from noon Thursday through noon Sunday and must be returned by 11:59pm on Monday. In Europe, a Saturday night keep is required. Other weekend restrictions may apply. Please check with Hertz.

  4. Rentals are subject to standard Hertz rental and rate conditions, as well as car availability at the time and place of rental. Minimum rental age for reward certificate usage is 25 (exceptions apply).

  5. For rentals in the US, the following charges are not included as part of the reward and must be paid by the Marriott Rewards member: taxes, airport fees, vehicle licensing fees and similar surcharges, additional days, optional refueling charges, Loss Damage Waiver (LDW), Personal Accident Insurance/Personal Effects Coverage (PAI/PEC), Liability Insurance Supplement (LIS), and other optional services as well as any additional charges that may apply for drivers under 25 years of age (exceptions apply).

  6. For rentals in Europe, the following charges are not included as part of the reward and must be paid by the Marriott Rewards member: applicable charges for excess mileage, airport related fees, additional days, optional refueling service, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), or Loss/Damage Waiver (LDW), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), Theft Protection (TP), and any other optional services.

  7. All rentals may include a limited number of miles per rental day with a charge for excess mileage. Mileage limits are based on local policy currently in effect at the time and place of redemption of the Hertz reward certificate.

  8. If an upgrade to a higher car class is chosen and available, any difference in rates is the responsibility of the renter.

  9. In the US, reward certificate rentals must be returned to the original renting location or the certificate will be deemed invalid. In Europe, certain reward certificate rentals must be returned to the original renting country, or the certificate will be deemed invalid. Confirm with Hertz when making reservations.

  10. Certificates are nontransferable and must be used for consecutive rental days. They will be deemed fully used once a rental has begun.

  11. Certificates may not be combined or used in conjunction with other certificates, other promotional offers, travel industry discounts, tour rates, or any other Hertz special discounts or promotional rates.

  12. Reward certificate rentals are not eligible to earn frequent traveler bonus miles/Marriott Rewards points.

Cruise - Holland America Line
  1. All accommodations are outside staterooms and are based on double occupancy. Stateroom assignments for the Noordam, Zuiderdam or Oosterdam will be at category G. Stateroom assignments for the Statendam, Maasdam, Veendam, Ryndam, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Volendam or Zaanadam will be at category H.

  2. Reward certificates may not be redeemed for any cruises that depart or are at sea on Christmas or New Year's Day. Travel dates are subject to Holland America Line's schedule and are subject to change without notice.

  3. Cancellations are subject to the following policies and fees: 90-60 days prior to commencing travel: $200; 59-30 days prior to commencing travel: $300; 29-15 days prior to commencing travel: $600. Certificates will be deemed to be fully used for "no shows" or if cancellation occurs up to 14 days prior to sailing, or if cancellation fees are not paid. Certificates will be returned to the redeemer only after the cancellation fee is paid.

  4. Marriott Rewards members are responsible for arranging their own air reservations and arranging transportation, to and from points of embarkation and debarkation. Cruise only air allowances or add-ons are not available to members.

  5. Reward certificates may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, certificate, or discount. Any partial use of cruise tickets will be deemed fully used.

  6. Shore excursion packages, personal expenditures, medical expenses, gratuities and other personal items, all non-discountable amounts and taxes, and cabin upgrade fees are not included and are the responsibility of the member. All additional charges must be pre-paid in full prior to the issuance of documentation. Third and fourth persons in the same cabin pay the fare published in cruise brochure.

  7. Cabin upgrades are available. Please contact Holland America Line directly for upgrade costs and availability. Cabin assignments will be made at issuance of Holland America Line cruise, not earlier than 30 days prior to departure.

  8. Holland America Line reward certificates may not be extended past June 30, 2009.

  9. At time of reservation, redeemers must identify themselves as a Marriott Rewards certificate holder and provide their name, the certificate number, reward level, and certificate expiration date. Certificate must be received by Holland America Line within 10 days of securing reservations.

  10. Holland America Line requires that the original Marriott Rewards certificate be submitted via mail to its office, along with any additional monies due (in U.S. currency), prior to the issuance of the cruise confirmation.

  11. Ship's registry: Netherlands; Bahamas.

Rail - Orient-Express
Travel conditions for journeys covering Asia:
  • There are two classes of cabins which include the Superior cabin with upper and lower berths, and the State cabin which is larger, offers twin beds that are located side by side.
  • All cabins are ensuite.
  • Service includes all meals and any applicable excursions.
Travel conditions for journeys in Europe:
  • All cabins are the same class, with upper and lower berths.
  • The cabins do not have ensuite facilities.
  • Service includes all meals and any applicable excursions.
  1. Reservations must be made no later than 28 days before departure and are subject to availability.

  2. Orient-Express will quote a confirmation number, which must be noted. Once the reservation has been made, the Marriott Rewards member must send the reward certificate to Orient-Express and will in turn receive written confirmation of the booking.

  3. Cancellation notice must be given at least 28 days before date of travel. The reward certificate will be returned to the redeemer. However, if notice is given after this deadline, the Marriott Rewards member will forfeit the reward certificate.

  4. Tickets will be issued to the name that appears as the designated traveler on the reward certificate only.

  5. All taxes are included in the ticket.

  6. Passengers must carry a valid passport for travel and are responsible for any necessary visa requirements.

Travel Packages

  1. All Hotel Rewards Terms & Conditions apply.

  2. Miles will automatically transferred into the frequent flyer mileage account that matches the name on your Marriott Rewards account.

  3. Once processed, airline miles cannot be transferred back to your Marriott Rewards account.

Sports & Leisure

Keith Prowse Ticketing
First Call Theatre Tickets in the UK
  1. Reward certificates/Theatre Awards will not be reissued if lost, stolen or destroyed.

  2. Once a certificate has been exchanged, theatre tickets issued are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

  3. Reward certificates have no cash value and may not be sold, bartered, or purchased.

  4. Theatre tickets issued are subject to the normal Seatem UK ticket terms and conditions, detailed on reverse of all tickets.

  5. All ticket awards are issued subject to availability and Keith Prowse Ticketing does not guarantee that any Marriott Rewards member will be able to obtain tickets for any particular show, on a particular date, in any particular seat or otherwise.
Polynesian Cultural Center
  1. The Marriott Rewards member will contact Marriott Guest Services to redeem Rewards Points for a Polynesian Package reward certificate. The requested certificate will be mailed to the Marriott Rewards member by Marriott Guest Services.

  2. The Marriott Rewards member shall present the Polynesian Package rewards certificate upon entrance to PCC and exchange the voucher for a ticket to the Center.

  3. The Polynesian Package rewards certificate must be signed by the holder before exchanging it for an entrance ticket, which is only valid for the person named on the Polynesian Package rewards certificate.

  4. The Polynesian Package rewards certificate/entrance ticket cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  5. The Polynesian Package rewards certificate/entrance ticket cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

  6. The entrance ticket is only valid during the normal park opening times. PCC is open 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday; closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

  8. Please inform reservation agent you are using a Marriott Rewards certificate.

Red Letter Days
  1. The Rewards Member will contact Marriott Guest Services to redeem Rewards Points for an Experience Voucher. Marriott Guest Services will then send the relevant Rewards certificate to the Rewards Member.
  2. On receipt, the Rewards Member sends the Rewards certificate(s) to Red Letter Days at the Corporate Department, No 77 Muswell Hill, Muswell Hill, London N10 3RE, UK.  It is strongly recommended that the Rewards Member sends the Rewards certificate by recorded mail to Red Letter Days because Red Letter Days cannot be held responsible for Rewards certificates lost in the post.

  3. On receipt of the Rewards certificate, Red Letter Days will send an information pack and relevant Experience Voucher(s) to the Rewards Member within 120 hours. The Rewards Member will then call Red Letter Days on Tel: 0870 444 5557 and make a booking for their chosen experience.

  4. Red Letter Days reserves the right to make changes to the selection of experiences available with the Experience Vouchers, although there will always be at least 20 different experiences to choose from at any time.

  5. All experiences are offered subject to availability, and many are subject to weather conditions on the day.  Bookings should be made at least 14 day’s in advance. Longer notice may be required to secure weekend or peak season dates.

  6. Once the Rewards certificate is exchanged for an Experience Voucher, the Rewards Member is bound by the cancellation policies of the provider of the specific Experience Voucher.

  7. In the unlikely event, that Red Letter Days cancels a booked experience, Red Letter Days shall attempt to contact the Rewards Member as soon as Red Letter Days are aware of the cancellation. All Red Letter Days Experience Vouchers are subject to their normal Terms and Conditions.

  8. Red Letter Days will only issue an information pack and Experience Voucher to the person names on the Rewards Certificate.

  9. The Red Letter Days Rewards certificate cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  10. The Rewards member is bound by the general terms and conditions that apply to Red Letter Days Experience Vouchers and shall be included in the information pack.

City Cruises Rewards
London Showboat
  1. When redeeming a Marriott Rewards/London Showboat certificate, a telephone reservation to City Cruises at 0207 237 5134 is essential. Reservations must be made in advance.
  2. When a reservation is being made, the Marriott Rewards member will advise that a Marriott Rewards certificate will be used.
  3. The reservation will be held using the Marriott Rewards member's credit card.
  4. Upon arrival at Westminster Pier, Victoria Embankment, London SW1 (18.45 hours for 19.00 hours), the Marriott Rewards member should present the Marriott Rewards certificate to the Head Waiter who will be checking the member in. Westminster Pier is located close to the Westminster Underground.
  5. Reservations can be made as far in advance as possible, but cancellations can only be accepted with 24 hour notice.
  6. The Marriott Rewards member credit card will be charged for the amount of the trip if they do not show up for the reserved tickets and do not cancel with 24 hours' notice.
Sightseeing Boat Trips
  1. As services operate everyday of the year except Christmas Day, at frequent intervals (every 20 minutes summer/every 40 minutes winter), no reservations are required.
  2. Rewards members simply present their Marriott Rewards certificate to the City Cruises Box Office on arrival at either Westminster Pier, Victoria Embankment, London SW1, Tower Pier, Tower Hill, London, EC3N 4DT, Greenwich Pier, King William Walk, SE10, or Waterloo Pier, London Eye, SE1. The Westminster Pier is located close to the Westminster Underground, and the Tower Pier is located near the Tower Hill Underground.

River Red Rover Trips
  1. As services operate everyday of the year except Christmas Day, at frequent intervals (every 20 minutes summer / every 40 minutes winter) no reservations are required.
  2. Rewards members simply present their Marriott Rewards certificate to the City Cruises Box Office on arrival at either Westminster Pier, Victoria Embankment, London SW1, Tower Pier, Tower Hill, London, EC3N 4DT, Greenwich Pier, King William Walk, SE10, or Waterloo Pier, London Eye, SE1. Faldo Golf Institute By Marriott
  1. The Faldo Golf Institute by Marriott provides unique, instructional programs for all ages and experience levels. Each instructional program provides personalized instruction within a small group setting and is taught by a Faldo Certified Instructor. The Game Improvement School, Weekend School and Select Session (Full Swing) include a take-home digital video analysis in the Swing StudioTM.
  2. The Faldo Game Improvement School offers the opportunity to learn and improve all aspects of your game over the course of three days. In addition to full swing and short game instruction, the Faldo Game Improvement School offers on-course instruction and equipment evaluation in the Club Fitters WorkshopTM. Taught with a 4:1 student/teacher ratio, the program includes continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments and the Faldo FundamentalsTM student workbook.
  3. The Faldo Short Game school offers two days of instruction focused exclusively on developing your short game techniques by learning the shots and understanding the strategies that form the basis of improved scoring. Curriculum includes comprehensive coverage of putting, chipping, pitching and bunker play. Taught with a 4:1 student/teacher ratio, the program includes continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments and the Faldo Short GameTM student workbook.
  4. The Faldo Weekend School offers two days of instruction in the areas of short game and full swing. Taught with a 4:1 student/instructor ratio, the program includes continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments and the Faldo FundamentalsTM student workbook.
  5. The Faldo Select Session offers a choice of instructional focus - either short game or full swing. Taught with a 4:1 student/instructor ratio, sessions are 3 hours and are offered daily.
  6. Each reward certificate is valid for only one student. Prices and curriculum are subject to change without notice. Scheduling and availability of instructional programs may differ by location and season.

Marriott Golf - Rounds of Golf
  1. The certificate is ONLY VALID at participating Marriott locations.

  2. Guest must present and surrender the certificate prior to playing the round of golf.

  3. The certificate may not be valid where restricted by law. Two (2) Value Season Awards may be redeemed for one round of golf during Peak Season. A Peak Season Award may be redeemed for one round of golf for two (2) people during Value (off-peak) Season with cart as defined by the participating golf course. Complimentary use of the driving range included, where available. Food, beverages, service charges, and other taxes or incidental expenses are not included.

  4. Marriott Rewards points are NOT earned with certificate usage.

  5. The certificate is issued by and is the property of MI Fulfillment Services, LLC.

  6. Certificates are transferable but are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold for cash or other consideration. Certificates are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed, or expired.

  2. Marriott Cheques are not redeemable for cash or Marriott Gift Certificates. Change will not be given on cheques presented as payment for goods and services. Cheques are void and will not be honored if sold for cash or other consideration.

  1. Marriott Guest Services will mail the requested Common Department Store Voucher to the Marriott Rewards member.
  2. The Common Department Store Voucher can be exchanged for goods at participating stores in Japan.
  3. The Common Department Store Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or promotion and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
  4. Marriott Rewards members are bound by the general terms and conditions of the Japanese Department Stores.

Leisure Vouchers
  1. Leisure Vouchers are only valid at participating merchants and may not be used towards the purchase of tobacco.
  2. By prior arrangement with the Hotel's Management, the voucher may be used for banqueting, conferences or other hotel services.
  3. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. Change cannot be given for any purchase made for less than the full value of the voucher(s) offered.
  5. For the nearest outlet, please refer to the telephone directory or call the Leisure Voucher Office on 01582 396 666.
  6. Voucher may also be redeemed at Hastings Hotels in Northern Ireland, as long as they are associated with Whitbread LC.
  7. Vouchers only valid in the U.K. and Northern Ireland.


Voucher Express Retail Certificates
  1. Any subsequent changes to an order may result in a 24-hour delay in dispatch.
  2. Neither Marriott not Voucher Express are responsible for any alterations to any of the individual company terms and conditions below on reasonable notice to the customer, without affecting orders already placed.
Marks & Spencer Vouchers Terms and Conditions
  • This voucher can only be exchanged at Marks and Spencer Stores in the United Kingdom, Eire and M&S Franchise Stores.
  • This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. It can only be exchanged for goods including foods, wine and selected financial services products.
  • It may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the voucher, on payment of the difference.
  • This voucher can only be exchanged at Marks and Spencer Stores in the United Kingdom, Eire and M&S Franchise Stores.
 
Debenhams Vouchers Terms and Conditions
  • This voucher can be exchanged for merchandise at any Debenhams Store, including Browns of Chester and at Debenhams in other Department Stores (with the exception of travel and financial Services).
  • This Voucher may also be exchanged for merchandise when ordering by post from Debenhams Direct, and any other home shopping Brochures operated by Debenhams Retail PLC. (Vouchers sent by post should always be registered for your own protection).
  • This voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash, used at travel departments, used as a deposit on a credit sale agreement, used to purchase financial services, or used as a method of paying Debenhams Customer accounts.

  • It may be exchanged for goods of a higher value provided the difference in price is paid. If it exchanged for goods of a lower value no change will be given.
  • Vouchers will only be accepted if they are complete and presented within 6 months of issue. We reserve the right to refuse to accept vouchers which have been altered, defaced or tampered with in any way.
  • This voucher is only redeemable in the United Kingdom and will not be exchanged for cash.
  • LOST VOUCHERS WILL NOT BE REPLACED
W.H. Smith
  • This voucher may be exchanged for goods and services, at any W.H.Smith or John Menzies store in the UK. It may, on payment of the difference, be exchanged on purchases of a higher value. It may not be exchanged for cash
  • There is no time limit by which this voucher has to be used.
  • To be valid when presented for exchange this voucher must be complete and show identical serial numbers on the left and right hand sides.
