Here, made-on-site barrel-aged cocktails are led by, but not limited to, a bourbon resurgence. Taste what’s familiar or try something new. Share a bite with old or new friends. Start with our bartender.

Bourbon

Aged for years in new, charred barrels made from 200-year-old oak trees, the beauty of bourbon is in the slow, smooth sips and the way the flavor lingers. Let our knowledgeable craft bartenders take you on a flight, enchanting you with masterfully blended cocktails and the stories behind the distillers and process that contribute to each drink’s distinctive flavor. In addition to over 50 bourbons and whiskeys, we offer a variety of other spirits, local beers and wines.

While Kentucky and Scottish distillers still reign supreme, other unexpected regions — like Oregon’s Willamette Valley — are pushing the craft to rave results. The Old-Fashioned

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 3 dashes bitters
  • Water
  • Ice
  • Orange peel
  • Luxardo cherry

 

Instructions:

Place sugar cube in bottom of rocks glass. Add bitters and a splash of water. Crush sugar thoroughly with a muddler. Pour in the bourbon. Place a few cubes in the glass, and stir until well chilled. Garnish with orange peel and Luxardo cherry.
