Fully renovated in 2025, Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Winston-Salem Hanes Mall sits off I-40 at Exit 189, across from Hanes Mall and 1 mile from Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem State University, Allegacy Federal Credit Union Stadium and Old Salem are all within about 15 minutes, and Truist Sports Park is an easy 9.2 mile drive west on I-40. Every stay includes a free hot breakfast daily from 6 to 10 AM and free on-site parking, with room for buses, RVs and trailers, plus EV charging. Pets are welcome: up to 2 per room, 75 lbs each, with a non-refundable fee of $75 per stay for 1-4 nights or $125 per stay for 5 or more nights. Guests also have a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor saltwater pool open Memorial Day through September, guest laundry and boardroom. Whether you’re in town for a youth sports tournament, a Wake Forest visit, High Point Market or time with a loved one in the hospital, extended stays are welcome.
