What should we do with certificates that are left over at the conclusion of our program?
If Your Program terminates, Marriott will buy back any unused MITA for the prices listed on your Agreement less a $5.00 per award restocking fee.  Marriott reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time.  However, all MITA issued as of the time of termination will be valid through their date of expiration.

How can you help us evaluate the effectiveness of our program?
Each award has a unique serial number which can be used for tracking purposes. We can give you valuable information relating to where and when the awards have been used.
