How do award recipients make reservations, and do they need a credit card?
Once they've selected the Marriott property at which they'd like to stay, recipients should simply call 1-800-899-7235 and provide the Award Number or Award Type. A credit card number will need to be given to guarantee the room accommodations and assure payment of incidental charges upon checkout.

I've read that Marriott's Stay Awards offer "last-room availability" and are not "inventory-controlled." What does this mean?
Marriott Incentive Awards reservations are subject to general availability; in other words, we do not set aside a limited number of rooms for the program. It's just like paying cash for a room.

Can the awards be used at any or all Marriott locations, and are there any "blackout" dates on Stay Awards?
