The UNM Rate includes complimentary self parking in our secured lot, complimentary HSIA in guest rooms. Complimentary shuttle service within a 3 mile radius is included, and based on availability. Should you require transportation at a specific time, please contact the front desk 24 hours in advance to confirm space. There is no deposit required, however there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, will receive a 1 night room and tax penalty, applied to the credit card used to hold the reservation.
