-Late checkouts – after 12pm – may be assessed ½ day rate -Individual reservations may modify or cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival date. If requests for cancellations or modifications are made within the 48 hour window then cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax will be assessed on cancelled room night(s). -Breakfast times are: Mon-Fri 6:30am-9:00am and Sat-Sun 7:00am-9:30am Pet Fee: $150.00 for entire stay.
