All bookings must be made via this link. 1 night non-refundable deposit will be applied to all reservations on 16th December 2019 (or at time of booking if reserved after). Maximum 3 rooms per guest name. Names must be updated to actual guest name and registered to attend the conference by December 16th 2019 or the group reserves the right to cancel these rooms. Group will cancel any duplicate names/bookings found that are holding more than 3 reservations under the same name with no notification.
