Any guestrooms that are cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled arrival date (after 4:00 PM local time at hotel) will incur a late cancellation penalty equal to the room rate plus tax for one night. Any modifications to arrival date within 72 hours of scheduled arrival date (after 4:00 PM local time a hotel) may incur the same penalty fee.
