Reservations must be made no later than 11:59 PM on or before December 22, 2020 to ensure best opportunity to secure group discounted rate as the room block will be available until the block is filled or until the contracted release date of December 23, 2020 at 12 AM/Midnight, whichever comes first. The conference group room block/group rate is available for January 23-26, 2021 subject to availability in the block as contracted. Dates outside of the contracted block will be reserved at the prevailing Best Available Rate. Reservations may also be made by calling 877.590.8185 and requesting the rate for the Alabama Recreation & Parks Association 2021 Annual Conference Rate. Once made, reservations must be changed or cancelled by 4 PM at least 48 hours prior to your expected arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation fee of one night room/tax.
