Any hotel bedroom cancellations received by delegates up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be free of charge. Any hotel bedroom cancellations received by delegates between 29 and 15 days prior to the date of arrival, will incur an indemnity equal to 1 night’s accommodation. This cancellation charge will be made directly to delegates’ credit card. Any hotel bedroom cancellation received by delegates between 14 days prior to arrival will incur cancellation charges equal to the entire stay (as well as no-shows or early departure). This cancellation charge will be made directly to delegates' credit card.
