Hotels room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes currently $40 Flat Resort Fee plus 11% Government Tax in effect at the time of check-out in effect at the time of check-out. Currently, portage gratuities are $6.00 per person round trip, and housekeeping gratuities are $2.00 per person, per day. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless recurred by on of the above methods. Deposits paid by guests are refundable if notice is received by Hotel with at least 7 days prior arrival and cancellation number is obtained.
