Guarantee and Payment Policies All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card; 30 days prior to arrival 1 night will be charged as a non-refundable guarantee of the reservation; Cancellation Policy The client shall pay to the hotel, the total stay of every room that is not occupied at expected and reserved date (late arrivals and no-shows).
