Reservations must be made no later than 11:59 PM on or before 12/28/22 to ensure best opportunity to secure group discounted rate as the room block will be available until the block is filled or until the contracted release date, whichever comes first. The conference group room block/group rate is available for 01/28/23-02/01/2023. Dates outside of the contracted block will be reserved at the prevailing Best Available Rate. Reservations may also be made by calling 877.590.8185 and requesting the rate for the group code for The Alabama Recreation and Parks Annual Conference. CANCELLATION/CHANGE: Once made, reservations must be changed or cancelled by 4 PM at least 48 hours prior to your expected arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation fee of one night room/tax.
