In the event that guests may need to cancel their individual reservations that have been secured under the group room block they may do so by contacting the hotel directly. Individuals will have up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival to cancel their reservation without penalty. If cancellation period has passed, the individual reservation will be assessed a cancellation charge of the first night's room and tax.
