A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation, however will not be charged unless a Credit Card Authorization Form is provided. Please contact the front desk at 312.491.1234 (Ext. 0) to request this form if you wish to cover any portion of your guests' stay. Please make reservations under your guests' name and include your email address for a copy of the confirmation email and folio upon departure. Changes and cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid one nights' room/tax to the credit card on file. Complimentary Shuttle Service is available daily between the hours of 6:30 AM - 9:30 PM within one mile of the hotel. On-Site Valet Parking is available daily at a cost of $40 per night with unlimited in/out privileges. These rates are subject to hotel availability.
