If guests do not arrive, a penalty will be charged of one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes. Individual cancellations will be accepted without penalty to the individual, up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Any reservation cancelled within 72 yours of arrival will be charged one night’s room plus tax. Rates include comp Wi/Fi access with endless devices and 2 bottles of complimentary water per day.
