Hotel’s policies in regard to the AAEM conference are as follows: Group Rate is guaranteed for reservations made on or before 21.07.23, any requests received after will be subject to availability. For reservations made by 21.07.23, hotel will charge 1 night as a non-refundable deposit. Charge will be made no later than 29.05.23. Remaining amount will be paid upon guests' arrival at the hotel.
