Rates are per room per night, Vat,American Buffet Breakfast,WiFi included. City Tax excluded. Guests will request accommodations individually via online link and will settle their own bill upon check-out. Delegates have to book their room one at time, giving credit card details and will be responsible for late cancellation, no shows and early departure. Cancellation Policy: Any hotel bedroom cancellations received up to 25 days prior to date of arrival will be free of charge. Any hotel bedroom cancellations received between 24 and 15 days prior to date of arrival, will incur an indemnity equal to 1 night’s accommodation. Any hotel bedroom cancellation received between 14 days prior to arrival will incur cancellation charges equal to the entire stay (as well as no-shows or early departure). Cancellation fee will be charged to the delegates’ credit card.
