Thank you for choosing Courtyard by Marriott Nanaimo. Upon checking, you must provide us with your license plate number which will be added to the folio. Parking is $9 a day plus tax. (parking $ is subject to change) The hotel is not responsible for parking infractions/tickets. Housekeeping refresh is every other day. If you need fresh towels, amenities, or anything else during your stay, contact the front desk in the morning. A complete clean is every 5 days. Cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival on individual reservations. Cancellations less than that will be charged for a 1-night room and tax. Check is 4pm and check out is 11am. Code of conduct for all groups must be followed.
