Rooms must be guaranteed at the time of reservations for late arrival by credit card or advanced deposit. Individuals may cancel up until 3pm, 3 days before arrival (72 hours) without penalty. Any cancellations after this time will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 1 night’s room and tax to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. If the individual does not cancel their room and does not check in the night of their reservation, they will be billed a ‘no-show’ charge of 1 night’s room and tax to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation as we will have held their room for them all evening preventing us from selling it to another guest. The remaining nights of their stay will automatically be canceled.
