Guests will pay their own sleeping room rates (including any tax) and incidental charges (e.g. parking, upgraded internet, gift shop). A non-refundable one-night deposit is to be taken from all existing reservations on Friday, March 8th, 2024, and the remaining balance is due upon check-in. For any reservations made after March 8, 2024, a non- refundable first- night deposit will be due upon reservation, and the balance due upon check-in. At the time of check-in, each guest will be required to present a major credit card to cover the remaining room cost and $100 per night incidental authorization.
