You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time 3 days before arrival. An Early Departure Charge (EDC) of one night's room and applicable taxes will be charged if an attendee checks out of the hotel prior to the attendee's scheduled departure date, without having notified the hotel at check-in of the change in scheduled departure.
