You may cancel your reservation up until 48 hours prior to the arrival date without a cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date will forfeit one nights lodging plus taxes. The official cutoff for booking this group rate is September 13, 2024 but could be sooner based on the hotel availability. Reservations at the group rate may only be booked for the dates of the booking link. Any requests for dates outside of the dates of the booking link will return a "no availability" message.
