Reservations by individuals will be accepted by them calling directly to the resort at (345) 949-0088 or by using a reservation link that will be distributed by the events manager where each guest can book directly. Individuals will be required to submit a credit card and the hotel will charge 1 night in order to guarantee the reservation. At the cut-off date, October 11* , 2024, the credit card will be charged a non-refundable deposit for the full stay. Individuals are responsible for room, tax, service charge and incidentals. Individual credit cards for any incidental charges not covered by the group will be pre-authorized for $100.00 USD per day upon check-in THE MANDATORY RESORT FEE OF $60 P/Room P/Day ITS WAIVED
