A minimum length of stay of 5 nights from 4 to 10 April 2025 is required to reserve a room as part of this room block. The rate of 239€ per night is valid only for the contracted nights. Any extra night outside of 4 to 10 April 2025 should be booked individually by the delegates by contacting the event department at marilena.nistor@renaissanceladefense.com however the contracted rate is not guaranteed on these additional nights. Payment by guests: The bedroom and breakfast are guaranteed by the credit card given during the reservation. The full payment of the room charge will be debited after the release date of the reslink: Reservations made before the 31st of October will be debited on the 01st of November. Reservations made until the 15th of January 2025 will be debited on the 16th of January 2025. Edits or cancellations are allowed before January 15th, 2025 without penalty. After January 15, 2025, the contracted rate and availability are no longer guaranteed.
