Other libations are arranged on the menu via style – stirred, shaken, hi-balls, large format – with classics including a Smoked Manhattan, a Cadillac Margarita, the signature AC GinTonic and an on-tap Salted Grapefruit Paloma, a nod to the hotel’s Spanish heritage.

The newest of the city’s popular Boqueria restaurants, this location comprises a 40-seat outdoor patio with a bustling cocktail area and a 20-seat island bar where guests can order from a rotating list of seasonal and traditional Sangrías, a new cocktail on tap, Spanish wines, classic vermouths and aperitivos. Reminiscent of Barcelona’s tapas bars, bartenders share real estate behind the bar with chefs preparing artisanal cheese boards, plates of briny boquerones, hand-sliced Jamón Ibérico and pan con tomate.
