Fall Photography Package in Avon, Colorado | The Ritz-Carlton

September 25 – 27, 2026 Amateur and professional photographers are invited to join us for a 2-night, 3-day exclusive fall weekend with renowned National Geographic Photographer Jad Davenport in personal photography workshops surrounded by the stunning fall scenery of Beaver Creek. Guests are invited to bring their smart phone, tablet, DSLR or any personal photography equipment to the workshop. Professional cameras are not required; smart phones encouraged. Workshops with Jad Davenport to include: <ul><li>Friday: A Look Behind the Lense: Jad showcases his remarkable works in a visual storytelling presentation. Get a glimpse of the images you will be capturing over the weekend and have the opportunity to chat personally with Jad.</li><li>Saturday: Travel Photography Walk-Along: Learn to create high-quality images that showcase any destination as Jad leads a leisurely exploration through Beaver Creek Village. Leave the workshop with your very own portfolio of images and the skills to capture your next adventure.</li><li>Saturday: Blue Light Cocktails &amp; “Light Painting”: Discover the keys to capturing the perfect photo during “blue hour” at the picturesque Anderson’s Cabin. Jad will also lead a fun experience in “light painting” where guests learn to use a flashlight at the ultimate photography tool.</li><li>Sunday: A Lesson in Storytelling Hike: Jad will lead guests on a leisurely 2-hour mountainside hike demonstrating the five elements that photojournalists strive to include in each image.</li><li>Sunday: Portfolio Review: Guests will have an opportunity to share a selection of their portfolio with Jad and the group for feedback.</li></ul>
