Official Rules

A PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. PURCHASE DOES NOT GUARANTEE WINNING. Void in South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory, and where otherwise prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable laws and ordinances. Promotion begins on 28^th April 2026 at 12:01 a.m. AEDT and ends on 26^nd May 2026 at 11:59 p.m. AEDT (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

1. Eligibility

The Marriott Bonvoy® FIFA World Cup 2026™ Australia vs. United States — Match Day Promotion (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory (collectively, the "Eligibility Area"). This Promotion is not open to residents of South Australia or the Australian Capital Territory. Entrants must be Marriott Bonvoy Members and of the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions of permanent residence and must reside in a jurisdiction which legally permits participation in the Marriott Bonvoy® loyalty program at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Marriott International, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited ("Promotional Partner"), and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, mandataries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are (subject to the directions of a regulatory authority) final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any winner.

2. Sponsor and Promotional Partner

The Sponsor is Marriott International, Inc., 7750 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814, USA. For the purposes of Australia, the Sponsor is Marriott International, Inc.'s subsidiary, Marriott International Management Company B.V. (Australian Branch) (ABN 13 094 976 039), Level 13, 383 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia.

The Promotional Partner is Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited. The Promotional Partner has no responsibility for the administration, judging, or prize fulfilment of this Promotion. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited.

3. How to Enter and Eligible Purchase

Participating Properties: For the purposes of this Promotion, "Participating Properties" means the following Marriott International properties located in Australia:

Melbourne: Marriott Docklands, Melbourne Marriott, Element Richmond, Sheraton Melbourne, The Westin Melbourne, Le Méridien Melbourne, AC Hotel Southbank, Courtyard Flagstaff Gardens.

Sydney: Sydney Harbour Marriott, Four Points Sydney Central Park, Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park, Pier One Sydney Harbour, Moxy Sydney Airport.

Perth: Four Points Perth, Courtyard Perth Murdoch, The Westin Perth, Aloft Perth.

Brisbane: Four Points Brisbane, The Westin Brisbane, Brisbane Marriott.

Gold Coast: Sheraton Grand Mirage Gold Coast,
Port Douglas: Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas.

Darwin: Courtyard Darwin.

Sponsor reserves the right to add or remove Participating Properties during the Promotion Period. An up-to-date list of Participating Properties will be maintained at https://www.marriott.com/en-us/loyalty/partners/anzp-football.html. Transactions made at any Marriott International property not listed above will not constitute an eligible Entry, regardless of whether payment was made by Visa card.

Eligible Purchase Requirement: To receive one (1) entry ("Entry") into the random drawing, an entrant must have made a purchase of any amount using a valid Visa card at a Participating Property during the Promotion Period. Each eligible Visa card transaction at a Participating Property during the Promotion Period constitutes one (1) Entry. Multiple transactions may generate multiple Entries; however, Entries are limited to one (1) per eligible Visa card transaction.

Entry Declaration: To register your Entry, visit https://www.marriott.com/en-us/loyalty/partners/anzp-football.html during the Promotion Period and follow the on-screen directions, completing the registration form with your Marriott Bonvoy Member number. As part of the registration process, entrants must tick a declaration checkbox confirming that they have made an eligible Visa card purchase at a Marriott International property in Australia during the Promotion Period ("Declaration"). By ticking the Declaration, the entrant confirms, represents, and warrants that the Declaration is true, accurate, and made in good faith. If you are not yet a Marriott Bonvoy Member, you may sign up for a Marriott Bonvoy Member account free of charge at the time of registration.

False Declaration: A Declaration that is found to be false, misleading, or made without a genuine eligible Visa card transaction having occurred will render the Entry void and the entrant will be immediately disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to take further action, including referral to relevant authorities, in the event that a false Declaration is made.

Winner Verification — Receipt Requirement: Upon being notified as the potential Grand Prize winner (or Alternate), the winner will be required to provide satisfactory evidence of their eligible Visa card transaction as a condition of prize confirmation. The winner must provide this evidence by replying to the Notification email with a photograph or clear image of their original receipt, which must clearly show:

(a)   the name of the Marriott International property in Australia at which the purchase was made;

(b)   the date of the transaction, confirming it occurred during the Promotion Period;

(c)   the transaction amount; and

(d)   that payment was made by Visa card (including, where visible, the last four digits of the Visa card used).

The receipt image must be provided within the four (4) day response period specified in Section 5. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within this period will result in disqualification and selection of an Alternate. Sponsor's determination as to whether submitted evidence is satisfactory is final and binding.

Lost Receipt: If the winner is unable to produce a photograph or clear image of an original receipt meeting the requirements set out above, the winner will be deemed ineligible and disqualified, and Sponsor will proceed to select an Alternate in accordance with Section 5. No alternative form of evidence will be accepted. Sponsor's determination as to whether submitted evidence is satisfactory is final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. AEDT on 26^nd May 2026. Incomplete and/or inaccurate Entries are void. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries through multiple or fraudulent submissions, multiple identities, or any other methods will void such Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service provider may apply. Standard data rates may apply if entering via mobile device. Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, or damage to a user's computer equipment. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorised account holder of the email address associated with the Marriott Bonvoy account used to enter the Promotion will be deemed to be the entrant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorised account holder and of the eligible Visa card transaction. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified.

4. Selection of Winner/Alternates

On 27^th May 2026 at 10:00 a.m. AEDT, one (1) Grand Prize winner and five (5) alternates (each, an "Alternate") will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period ("Drawing Date"). The draw will be conducted by the Sponsor at their offices located at Level 13, 383 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. The odds of winning the Grand Prize (or being selected as an Alternate) depend on the total number of eligible Entries received through the end of the Promotion Period.

5. Winner/Alternate Notification

The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email at the email address associated with their Marriott Bonvoy Membership account within 48 hours of the Drawing Date ("Notification") and must respond within four (4) days of the Notification being sent. If the potential Grand Prize winner fails to respond to the Notification within the time permitted, or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will select an Alternate in the order in which they were drawn on 29^th May 2026 at 10:00 a.m. AEDT. An Alternate will be provided with the same period of time to respond to the Notification.

The potential Grand Prize winner (or Alternate as the case may be) is subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. An entrant is not a winner of the prize unless and until their eligibility has been verified and they have been notified that verification is complete.

6. Prize and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV")

One (1) Grand Prize: A match-day experience package for two (2) people to attend the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Group Stage Match — United States vs. Australia (Match 32, Group D) at Seattle Stadium (Lumen Field), Seattle, Washington, USA on 19^th June 2026 at 7:00 p.m. local Seattle time, comprising:

(a)   Two (2) group stage match tickets (category to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion);

(b)   Return economy class flights for two (2) persons from a major Australian capital city airport (as determined by Sponsor) to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), USA; and

(c)   Three (3) nights' accommodation for two (2) persons at a Marriott Bonvoy property in Seattle, Washington, as selected by Sponsor.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): AUD $18,000 (approximately). ARV is based on estimated market rates at the time of drafting and is subject to fluctuation. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value of the prize will not be awarded in cash or any other form. All taxes (including, without limitation, withholding taxes, income taxes, GST, and import duties and fees, as applicable) on or connected with the prize, and the reporting consequences thereof, are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize winner must be a Marriott Bonvoy Member at the time of entry and prize award.

7. Travel Companion Conditions

The prize package is for the winner and one (1) travel companion ("Companion"). The following conditions apply to the Companion:

(a)   The Companion must be a legal resident of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of travel;

(b)   The Companion must hold, or be capable of obtaining, a valid Australian passport and any required United States travel visa or Electronic Travel Authorisation (ESTA) prior to the Travel Documentation Deadline specified in Section 9;

(c)   The winner is solely responsible for nominating their Companion and for all conduct, actions, and liabilities of the Companion in connection with acceptance and use of the prize;

(d)   The Companion may be required to sign a liability waiver and/or consent form prior to travel being booked, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and

(e)   If the nominated Companion is unable or unwilling to travel, no substitute Companion will be permitted and the Companion's portion of the prize will be forfeited without compensation.

8. Prize Restrictions

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any component thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Flight routing, airline, accommodation property, and ticket category are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winner is responsible for any incidental costs not expressly included in the prize package, including but not limited to meals, transfers, travel insurance, personal expenses, and excess baggage charges. Sponsor strongly recommends the winner obtains comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.

The selling, reselling, or otherwise transferring of the prize or any portion thereof to any third party is strictly prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the winner and void the prize if it appears to have been offered for sale, sold, or otherwise transferred.

Subject to any Non-Excludable Guarantee (as defined in Section 11 below), Sponsor shall have no liability for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from or arising out of any aspect of the Grand Prize winner's or Companion's acceptance or use of the prize.

9. Travel Documentation and Prize Acceptance Deadline

Given the proximity of the Drawing Date (27^th May 2026) to the match date (19^th June 2026), the following deadlines apply:

Travel Documentation Deadline: The winner and their nominated Companion must confirm to Sponsor's satisfaction that they each hold a valid passport (with at least six (6) months validity beyond the date of return travel) and have obtained, or are able to obtain, any required United States travel authorisation (including an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ESTA) or US visa, as applicable) by no later than 11:59 p.m. AEDT on 4^th June 2026 ("Travel Documentation Deadline"). Failure by either the winner or Companion to meet this deadline will result in the prize being forfeited and an Alternate being selected.

Prize Acceptance and Booking Deadline: The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize in full and provide all required personal details (including full names as per passports, dates of birth, and preferred departure city) to Sponsor by no later than 11:59 p.m. AEDT on 4^th June 2026 ("Booking Deadline"). Failure to meet the Booking Deadline will result in the prize being forfeited and an Alternate being selected. The winner acknowledges that travel bookings are subject to availability and that Sponsor cannot guarantee specific flight times or preferred accommodation once the Booking Deadline has passed.

The winner is solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documentation at their own cost. Sponsor accepts no liability for any failure by the winner or Companion to obtain the required travel documentation in time, and no alternative prize or compensation will be provided in such circumstances.

10. Force Majeure and Match-Specific Conditions

Without limiting Section 12 (General Conditions), the following specific provisions apply in relation to the prize:

Match Cancellation or Postponement: If the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Group Stage Match — United States vs. Australia (Match 32, Group D) is cancelled, postponed, relocated, or rescheduled by FIFA or any relevant sporting or governmental authority for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: (i) substitute the prize with tickets to an alternative FIFA World Cup 2026™ match of equivalent or greater value; (ii) provide an alternative prize of equivalent value; or (iii) in the event that no reasonable substitute prize is available, withdraw the prize entirely. No compensation will be payable to the winner in any such circumstance.

US Entry Denial: If the winner or Companion is denied entry into the United States of America by US Customs and Border Protection or any other relevant authority, Sponsor accepts no liability and no alternative prize or compensation will be provided. The winner is solely responsible for ensuring their eligibility to travel to and enter the United States.

Match Outcome: The prize is tied to a specific scheduled fixture (Match 32, Group D). The prize is not conditional upon either the Australian or United States national team progressing beyond the group stage. The match will proceed as a scheduled fixture regardless of group standings at the time of the match.

General Force Majeure: Sponsor shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Official Rules where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, governmental or regulatory action, or any decision or action of FIFA or any relevant sporting authority.

11. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree that Sponsor, the Promotional Partner, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of Entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt, use or misuse of the prize.

By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree that the Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including personal injury or death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize, entry, or participation in this Promotion or in any Promotion-related activity. The Released Parties are not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to cancellations, delays, or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, terrorism, or any decision by FIFA or any relevant sporting authority.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any statutory consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these Official Rules would contravene any statute or cause any part of these Official Rules to be void ("NON-EXCLUDABLE GUARANTEES"). Subject to the limitations in the preceding sentence, the Sponsor excludes from these Official Rules all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute, general law or custom. To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor's liability for breach of any Non-Excludable Guarantee is limited, at Sponsor's election, to the replacement or re-supply of equivalent prize components or payment of the cost of replacing or re-supplying equivalent prize components.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights that entrants may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable Australian legislation, including any consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent that any provision of these Official Rules is inconsistent with applicable Australian law, that provision will be read down or severed to the extent necessary to ensure compliance, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. General Conditions

Subject to the directions of a regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, regulatory restrictions, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that in the event of any inconsistency between your local language version (if applicable) and the English version of these Official Rules, the English version shall prevail.

Warning: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website associated with this Promotion or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to prosecute and seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, winner grants to Sponsor, and those acting pursuant to Sponsor's authority, the right and permission (but not the obligation) to print, publish, broadcast, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, at any time or times, each winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without additional consideration, compensation, permission, or notification. Entrants further agree to waive, unconditionally, irrevocably, and without further payment, all moral rights and author's rights of a similar kind in connection with the foregoing. To the extent that entrants are legally unable to waive their moral rights, entrants consent to Sponsor doing or omitting to do any act which would otherwise infringe their moral rights.

15. Social Media Conduct

Entrants' social media profiles and any publicly accessible online presence must be consistent with Sponsor's image and reputation. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose social media profile or online conduct is deemed, in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion, to be offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with the values of Sponsor or the Promotional Partner. This includes content that is discriminatory, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable.

If the Promotion includes any social media component, entrants must comply with the terms and conditions of the applicable social media platform(s). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform, and any questions or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to Sponsor, not to the platform.

16. Disputes

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Promotion, including the formation, interpretation, breach, or termination thereof, will be referred to and finally determined by binding arbitration in accordance with the JAMS International Arbitration Rules. The tribunal will consist of one arbitrator. The seat of the arbitration will be Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, though the parties may agree to online or virtual proceedings. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings will be English. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof.

17. Privacy and Data Sharing

By entering this Promotion, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying your Entry and eligible Visa card transaction, contacting you in connection with the Promotion, and for purposes described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.marriott.com/privacy. Personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries in connection with the administration of the Promotion.

Data Sharing with Promotional Partner: For the sole purpose of verifying eligible Visa card transactions submitted as Entries, Sponsor may share limited entrant data (including transaction reference details) with Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited. This data sharing is limited to what is strictly necessary for verification purposes. Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited will handle any such data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy, available at www.visa.com.au/legal/privacy-policy.html. By entering this Promotion, you acknowledge and consent to this limited data sharing for verification purposes only. Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited will not use your personal data for any marketing or promotional purposes in connection with this Promotion without your separate consent.

The jurisdiction, state, or province in which you live may require the Sponsor to delete or take other actions in respect of your personal data upon written request. However, you will be disqualified if Sponsor's ability to administer the Promotion is impeded because of any such request made prior to the determination of the Grand Prize winner and fulfilment of the prize.

18. Official Rules and Grand Prize Winner's Name

For a copy of the Official Rules, please visit https://www.marriott.com/en-us/loyalty/partners/anzp-football.html . For the Grand Prize winner's name (which will be made available for ninety (90) days after the 27^th May 2026 random drawing), send an email to: fieldmarketinganzp@marriott.com with "WINNERS FIFA WORLD CUP MATCH DAY" as the subject line. Winner's name will only be released after the prize has been awarded.

Except where the Grand Prize winner (or Alternate, as the case may be) has requested their name and postcode not to be published, the first initial, surname and postcode of the Grand Prize winner (or Alternate, as the case may be) will be published on the Sponsor's website at https://www.marriott.com/en-us/loyalty/partners/anzp-football.html within seven (7) days of the Drawing Date.

19. Permit/Licence Numbers

This Promotion is conducted in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory only. This Promotion is void in South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory. No permit is required for this Promotion in the states and territories in which it is conducted. Residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible to enter.
