Group Block Requirements: If paying with a school check, the checks must be made out to the Courtyard Winter Haven and received by the hotel, no later than, 10 days prior to the arrival date. CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT CHECK-IN. If the school is tax exempt. A FLORIDA issued tax exemption certificate must accompany the method of payment. A major school credit card or school check must state the same information as on the exemption certificate. Example: School or organization name must match. All rooming lists are due 30 days prior to arrival date. Changes are allowed up to up 3 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation Policy: If the entire group cancels within 14 days of the arrival date, a penalty fee of one night's room will be charged. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
