INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS: Individual cancellations must be received no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations received within 48 hours will be billed one night’s room and tax. EARLY DEPARTURES: In the event of any guest departs one or more days prior to their scheduled check out day, the guest will be accessed an early departure fee equal to one night’s room and tax. CHECK-IN/OUT TIME: Our check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 12:00 PM. All guests arriving before 3:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. *Breakfast is not included in rate.
